The Learning Module - The Learning Module is the primary tool in eCollege Vista for a collection of links to content items such as html files, weblinks, assignments, discussions, and assessments. It is arranged sequentially and organized by a Table of Contents, including a built-in navigation system and optional interactive tools.

These following items can be done in any order although some must be done prior to others at noted.

Creating and uploading Course Content
- File manager - File Upload	The repository for all of your content files and images.

- Grading Forms	A tool to offer specific criteria and performance indicators to reflect expectations for a specific project. Note that this must be done before adding Graded Discussions or Assignments that will utilize a grading form.

- HTML Creator	A tool that allows you to create or edit HTML pages within Vista.

- Media library - creating collections - Media library - managing links	The Media Library is a tool to create a database of media files, including text, images, video and audio files.

- Syllabus	A tool to allow you to create a Syllabus using an internal syllabus tool or to add an html file of your Syllabus.

- WebLinks	A tool allowing you to create a collection of links to outside web sites.
