Application should be done electronically via e-mail to the program director.

Open the link above. Complete the application form on your computer and save it. Then, send the completed form as an attachment in an e-mail to: stephen.f.odumosu@lonestar.edu .

Don’t bother about the signature space on the form; you’ll sign it when you come in for an interview.

 When your application is received, the program director will contact you for an appointment date of interview.
