News: What's due when?

Exam 3 will be on Nov 25, as scheudled (in class). The SOP for the Immunoblotting Lab is due in your notebook by Monday, November 16.

An example of a good PAGE gel has been added to the site. If your gel can't be analyzed for all bands, then add analysis of the "good" gel to get credit for that work. Thanks to Jill for donating her work to the class!

NOTE: If you can't find any "unknown" bands, tell me where you would look for Transferrin (its MW, expected migration in the gel, and what known bands it would be close to).
